Shoulder dysfunction? Check out this example (in BLUE) of how manual therapy and mobility work can release:
•The upper trapezius allowing the shoulder blade to ⬇️
•Rhomboids letting the scapula ⬅️
•Lower trapezius and lat creating a smoother rotation and extension

Combined with some anterior work, we can:
•Improve range of motion
•Support proper athletic form
•Decrease pain
•Increase stability
•Decrease tension related headaches
