Current Moon Phase: Waning Gibbous🌔

As the Moon slips from fullness and drifts into her Waning Gibbous cloak, she carries the feeling of an exhale—broad, slow, wise. This phase often lands like a lantern after a long night: not as blazing as the full moon’s revelation, but luminous enough to show what still needs tending.

In this cycle, the energy leans toward integration. The insights that burst open at the full moon now settle into the soul like seeds deciding where to root. It’s a time of refining—of noticing what’s true, clearing what’s leftover, and letting your inner landscape catch up to your outer momentum.

Many people feel:
• A soft pull inward. Not withdrawal, but a gentle turning of the face toward the inner waters.
• A desire to adjust course. The Waning Gibbous whispers, “Not everything needs to be carried forward.”
• Heightened intuition. Think of it as spiritual composting—the old becomes fertile ground for what’s next.
• Emotional release. Tears, laughter, old memories knocking at the door… the phase likes to tidy up the heart with a wink.

The wheel of the season is turning again, and my heart is already drifting toward the mountains and pines of North Carolina. I’ll be spending Tuesday through Friday wrapped in the warmth of family, gratitude, and far too much pie — which means the shop will be taking a small holiday rest, too.
