When we first opened our doors, we didn’t have all the answers—but we took a leap of faith and trusted the process. What we envisioned was simple yet powerful: a space where everyone is welcome… a space for medicine, for music, for movement, and for true community.

We set the intention to create something that feels like it belongs to you—because it does. This is more than a studio… it’s a shared sanctuary, a collective energy that we all help build and nurture together.

As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: to serve, to hold space, and to provide what our community truly needs.

We are currently traveling in Peru — visiting Cusco and the Amazon Jungle to deepen our connection with the plants, traditions, and artisans who inspire our work.

During this time we are learning, gathering knowledge, and strengthening relationships with the cultures that guide the medicines we share.

💗 Valentine’s Social Dance 💗
Saturday • February 14th • 6:00–8:00 PM
An evening of movement, connection, and sound.
We’ll begin the night with a gentle Opening Circle, sharing Peruvian ceremonial cacao infused with Blue Lotus, inviting the heart to open and soften.
From there, we’ll move into heart-centered dyad practices, including eye gazing and light, consent-based touch—designed to cultivate presence, authenticity, and genuine human connection.
We’ll close the evening with playful, free-flowing dance, celebrating joy, embodiment, and community.
✨ This is NOT a couples-only event
Come solo, with friends, or with a partner — all are welcome.

Aquarius Activation - Healing and Yoga Workshop

Join us in person for Aquarius Activation, an evening of movement, breath, and reflection designed to help you reset and realign during Pisces season.

We’ll begin with a gentle welcome tea to arrive, connect, and settle into the space, before flowing into a guided Vinyasa/Ashtanga-inspired yoga class led by Sarah. The sequence will emphasizes the airy, expansive qualities of Aquarius (flow, circulation, and clarity), while weaving in water and sea-life inspired poses to honor Pisces season and the water-bearer’s dual nature. We’ll close with a healing circle offering space for reflection, positive affirmations, and optional sharing.

Held at Spring Healing Arts Center in Old Town Spring, this workshop invites you to move, breathe, and connect—both inward and with community.

Please come dressed in comfortable athleisure suitable for yoga.
