Dear Salt & Soul Family,

After much prayer and reflection, I've made the heartfelt decision to pause operations for the remainder of this year. This time will allow me to rest, realign, and prepare for the next season God has in store for Salt & Soul — one filled with renewal, purpose, and deeper healing for our holistic community.

I feel beyond thankful for every breath, prayer, and story shared in our salt sanctuary this year. Your faith and support mean the world to me. 💛

I can’t wait to welcome you back refreshed and ready in the new year! Until then, stay well, breathe deeply, and trust that God is working all things for good. 🌿
