The way a doula enters the birthing room:
“I bring you love.” 💕
Sometimes people worry that a doula will come in and disrupt the flow, add stress, or try to take over the birth. In reality, all we bring is calm, love, and support. 🫶🏼
We’re not here to change your birth! We’re here to hold space, ease fears, and remind you of your own power.
So when you see me walking in, just know: I come with affirmations, hip squeezes, all the relaxation tools, and lots of love. 💖✨
Así entra una doula a la sala de parto:
“Les traigo amor.” 💕
A veces la gente piensa que una doula va a interrumpir el proceso, presionar o querer controlar el parto. Pero en realidad, lo único que traemos es calma, amor y apoyo. 🫶🏼
No estamos aquí para cambiar tu parto, sino para sostener el espacio, calmar tus miedos y recordarte de tu propia fuerza. 💫
Así que cuando me veas entrar, recuerda: vengo con afirmaciones, masajes, todas las técnicas de relajación y mucho amor.
