Tammy Owens and Renee Weber have a shared vision, teaching others to achieve health, peace and happiness in their lives using Yoga tools and techniques. Tammy began her yoga offerings in 2008 as Peaceful Turtle yoga and Renee began her offerings in 2014 as OneYoga with Renee. Today, we have combined our practices and formed a special space for transformation, One Peaceful Place in Springboro, Ohio. There’s a lot of information about yoga on the Internet, in books and many people don’t know where to begin. We can help you understand the basics and begin practicing so you can start realizing the physical & spiritual benefits in your everyday life. We offer:
• Weekly yoga classes ranging from gentle to flow yoga
• Focusing on physical body alignment
• Integrating physical poses with meditation and breath work
• Reiki
• Corporate training
• Private personal and group sessions
• Workshops:
• Yoga for Real Life: 9-month program to dive into understanding and living yoga
• Pranayama
• Energetics of the body
• Nutrition workshops with a RD, LDN, MS
• Community chanting and singing (called satsongs)
One Peaceful Place is different from many Yoga studios:
• Our class sizes are smaller and personal and therefore we request pre-registration at the following link:

• We offer a variety of classes and encourage you to check our weekly class schedules
So why do we emphasize peace in our yoga practices? Peace and balance are foundational at One Peaceful Place. We promote all avenues to achieve wellness and happiness and believe that once you learn the tools and achieve your state of peace, you’ll more easily achieve your personal goals including better diet and exercise, reduced stress, higher energy and greater focus and clarity in life. When a person emanates and lives in peace and balance, then the rest of life more easily falls into place. What does our logo convey? We believe that all persons are fundamentally pure, perfect and blissful beings. However, life gets in the way and we lose these qualities. We know it’s hard to change and that’s why we chose to combine the lotus flower and peace sign in our logo. The lotus flower symbolizes the effort of moving up through the mud in life and rising to the light while the peace sign symbolizes living in peace. We invite you to learn more about our offerings at One Peaceful Place and find the tools that will help you live a happier, healthier and more peaceful life.
