I made a decision this year to stop putting my health on the back burner. For too many years I have poured from an empty cup but I’m ready now to be the BEST version of myself possible! I want to be a better wife to my husband, a better mom to my kiddos, a better sister, daughter and friend and I certainly can’t do that if I’m sick and tired all the time.
I’ve recently made some healthy lifestyle changes that I want to share with my friends and family who are in the same boat. My friends Tina, Kayla, Sally and I are hosting a 30-min Facebook health event tomorrow night. We’ll be talking about how to balance hormones, improve gut health, crush our junk cravings and conquer weight plateaus healthily and naturally.
