I made a decision this year to stop putting my health on the back burner. For too many years I have poured from an empty cup but I’m ready now to be the BEST version of myself possible! I want to be a better wife to my husband, a better mom to my kiddos, a better sister, daughter and friend and I certainly can’t do that if I’m sick and tired all the time.
I’ve recently made some healthy lifestyle changes that I want to share with my friends and family who are in the same boat. My friends Tina, Kayla, Sally and I are hosting a 30-min Facebook health event tomorrow night. We’ll be talking about how to balance hormones, improve gut health, crush our junk cravings and conquer weight plateaus healthily and naturally. For all who think you can maintain and reach that perfect weight WITHOUT correcting your gut flora, and truly getting healthy...let me just tell ya, you’re fighting a war you probably aren’t gonna win. The cleanest diet in the world isn’t gonna work long term if you have a proliferation of candida yeast in your system. YOU MUST have a good probiotic with effective enzymes. (Pssst Probio5) 💯

Losing weight is never the body’s main priority. It may be your personal priority, but the body has its own agenda. Fighting infection, keeping the heart & lungs going, managing blood pressure & circulation, and vital life functioning processes are always going to trump “weight loss” from the body’s point of view.

So how do we lose weight?🙇🏼‍♀️

Weight loss occurs naturally as the body gets healthier, with reduced inflammation, balanced hormones, better food, & a good fitness plan. *Handling Candida & excess hormones are often required to help the body lose weight.

HOW CANDIDA AFFECTS WEIGHT -
Anyone who has a history of excess sugar & starch consumption, beer drinkers🙈, and/or history of extended medication use are likely hosts for Candida yeast (there’s loads of other things that perpetuate excessive yeast buildup, but I won’t go through them all). Candida can affect almost any area of the body, not just “a yeast infection”.
