For all who think you can maintain and reach that perfect weight WITHOUT correcting your gut flora, and truly getting healthy...let me just tell ya, you’re fighting a war you probably aren’t gonna win. Losing weight is never the body’s main priority. It may be your personal priority, but the body has its own agenda.
