✨ Thank You for Serving Our Community! ✨
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Arkansas Center for Women & Infants Health (UAMS) for spending the day with us at the Day Center this week.

Their team provides valuable services including prenatal and postnatal care, wellness exams, STI testing, contraceptive services, and support for common gynecological concerns.

This kind of care makes a meaningful difference for the individuals we serve.
We are so grateful for their partnership and commitment to expanding access to healthcare in our community.

We look forward to continuing to work together to reach and serve even more people!

We have so much to celebrate this month! 🎉

Our Proactive Postpartum Call Center team was recognized as a finalist for the 2025 UAMS Auxiliary Team Impact Award! This recognition comes on the heels of the call center's first anniversary.

We couldn't be prouder of what this team has accomplished. In year one, our nurses made thousands of calls to postpartum women across Arkansas, reaching families from 20 of the state's 31 birthing hospitals.

Thank you to our incredible team, our hospital partners, and every patient who picked up the phone. ❤️

On May 1, the Proactive Postpartum Call Center (PPCC) marked its first anniversary. And just yesterday, the PPCC team was named a finalist for the UAMS Auxiliary Team Impact Award, a recognition that reflects what the past twelve months have made unmistakably clear: a phone call, made at the right m...

Endometriosis is a common, chronic disease affecting roughly 10% (190 million) of reproductive-age women worldwide, where tissue similar to the uterus lining grows outside the uterus, causing inflammation, severe pain, and infertility. It is not curable but treatable, often causing debilitating menstrual cramps, pain during in*******se, and chronic fatigue.

At the Arkansas Center for Women & Infants’ Health, we are proud to be part of the momentum transforming maternal and infant health across our state.

Together with hospitals, providers, community partners, and families across Arkansas, we are building stronger systems of care that help mothers heal, babies thrive, and communities grow healthier.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recently sounded the alarm that a quarter of all pregnant women nationwide were delaying or forgoing entirely prenatal care. But not in Arkansas. The Natural State was one of six states with...
