Good afternoon, Facebook Family and Friends. Please take a moment to the read the information below and click the link to the survey!
Our Community wants to hear from us & You're up!
Every few years a member or two from Rocking Horse Centers Leadership team joins forces with multiple other agencies across the county to discuss the health and social needs within our community. Through this process a lot of data is used to validate what we are facing and to identify the needs of the community.

The Health Department leads the gathering of data and coordinates the committee made up of multiple agencies like Rocking Horse, Mercy Health, Springfield City School Officials, Mental Health Recovery Board, and many more. This committee sifts through the data and ultimately produces a list of Community Priorities for focus/improvement over the next 3 -4 years (those are in the second attachment above.)

Next Steps - The Clark County Combined Health District is looking for input from those that live and work in these areas to make sure we are on the right track and to provide feedback on possible interventions that may help to make a difference.

There are two ways to give feedback.

1. Complete the survey using this link

2. Register for a virtual event using the QR code below to hear from the Health District and provide feedback in real-time. Use the Flyer attached to register.
