This morning, consider some complimentary couples therapy advice. Engaging in a 30-minute walk with your partner five or so times a week can have a profoundly positive impact on your relationship. With warmer weather approaching, now is an ideal opportunity to establish a highly effective habit.

My dad and I used to take regular walks around our neighborhood together when I was a kid. It was our time to connect. I remember one of those conversations when he looked at me and told me that I asked good questions and that, perhaps, one day I'd become a counselor. Since that moment with my dad my life's journey has seen me through many roles: pastor, worship leader, inner city youth leader, and development worker in Central Asia. Many years after those walks with dad I took his advice and became a professional counselor.
A pastoral heart is a part of my make up. I'm excited to see people discover the true potential God intended for them. As we all navigate the ups and downs of life there are things that can get in our way and we can get stuck. Sometimes we just need some help getting where we need to go in life and in our relationships. That's where I come in!
My goal is to facilitate breakthrough in your life. To help you get un-stuck. I believe that my diverse life experiences combined with my call to pastor make for an effective blend of heart and mind.
