Today was an awesome day!

Once again we got out of the gym and into the barn! 🐴

Our athletes had the opportunity to
⭐️ groom the horses
⭐️ clean out the stables
⭐️ and go horseback riding

This group is the epitome of joy 💜 pushing themselves to the limit 💜 being afraid and doing it anyways 💜 cheering each other one through their triumphs 💜 I could not ask for a BETTER group of athletes and families to work with 💜

Huge thank you to Vining Hill Equestrian Center for teaching our athletes how to take care of the horses.

Here at The SPOT we are MORE than just a fitness program!

This month we introduced our ‘CrossFit Jobs’ where our athletes took ownership and responsibility for their part in making our Adaptive Fitness classes the best place to be on a Saturday morning! Not only do we work on foundational fitness skills, but we’re also building up our confidence, flexible thinking, and job responsibility!!

Awesome work athletes! Get ready for new jobs in November!

Week 1 of our Upper/Lower Body Pulling Series is in the books!

We also kicked off the first day of implementing ‘CrossFit Jobs’ into our Adaptive Fitness program! Our athletes took on jobs within class that sneaky worked on building executive functioning, responsibility, and social skills!
