Adaptive Surfing is back! 🏄‍♂️ 🌊

Last year we had such an amazing time surfing with our athletes, that we just had to do it again!

Join your favorite coaching staff for some surfing fun on:
🗓️ Sunday, Sept. 13th
⏰ 3-5pm
💵 anticipated $25 for suits, boards, and parking!

🌟 Other dates also available: June 21st and Aug. 2nd (coaching staff will not be in attendance this date, however, they Allair family and surfing volunteers will be present!)

At first glance, it looks like ‘just twisting’, but rotational movements aid in so much more!

This time we’ve teamed up with Renew Health and CRFV to bring you Move Strong: Pelvic Floor Edition!

Today our athletes gained

Meet Dharbi – Our April Athlete SPOT-light of the month!

Dharbi is an extremely athletic, independent, very stylish, and hardworking young lady! She plays basketball, baseball, swimming, track & field, and ice skating! This spring she is participating in the Triple Jump Event on her high school track & field team!

She has shown tremendous growth in our Turkish Get-up Series as well as the Static & Dynamic Balance Series, which has earned her this month’s SPOT-light Athlete Award!
