Introducing “Wednesday Wellness Word” where we will share a word to motivate or educate on wellness issues for aging adults.
Today’s word is BALANCE. For us this not only means balancing the demands of life, but literally keeping ourselves steady on our feet. Both are important to physical and mental wellbeing and important to address proactively instead of waiting until something goes wrong. Regular exercise can boost our moods and our ease of movement, and at Ally Wellness,we want to make moving a positive and fun part of your daily routine. We have classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:00 AM with different focuses or we can schedule one on one or small group activities to suit your needs. Take time to find a little better BALANCE in your life today!
