This week, we take a look at how changing our words, can change our mindset and the world we live in. Changing the way we speak to ourselves has a powerful impact on our mindset. Our inner voice shapes how we see challenges, set backs, and successes. When we replace negative self talk with encouraging, growth focused language, we begin to build confidence and resilience. Positive self talk not only reduces stress and self doubt, but also trains the brain to focus on the possibilities instead of the limitations. With time, this shift creates a more optimistic and motivated mindset to help us approach any obstacles and have a stronger belief in our abilities!
