Trauma responses can inhibit our ability to choose healthy behaviors, to build satisfying relationships, and to feel connected with others. Therapy can help identify and reconstruct trauma responses in order to break free from old patterns and increase enjoyment of life.

Trauma does not have the final say. You can choose new pathways for yourself, and healthy change is possible, wherever you are.

If we do not address our wounds and trauma, we will keep repeating the same unhealthy patterns we subconsciously used to survive them.The good news is that we were created to heal. Unhealthy patterns can be adjusted, and our brains can form new neuropathways, leading to new thoughts, emotions and ways of living.
