The Ward 6 Revitalization and Rehabilitation Fund is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization committed to the revitalization and rehabilitation of the neighborhoods within Ward 6. Mission of the Fund
Annual grants will be awarded to the neighborhood associations within Ward 6 to support projects which beautify and revitalize the area. Additional projects and initiatives which support the mission of the Ward 6 fund of revitalization and rehabilitation will also be funded depending on availability of funding. Funding for the Ward 6 fund stems from the support of local businesses and residents of the ward including Ward 6 Alderman, Cory Jobe, who is donating a portion of his salary to the fund. The neighborhoods within the Ward 6 fund area include Grand Central, Harvard Park, Hawthorne Place, Historic West Side, Iles Park, Near South, Old Aristocracy Hill, Springfield South Corridor, and Vinegar Hill.
