April is Child Abuse Prevention Month 💙

You'll see pinwheels displayed around our building as a symbol of hope, awareness and importance of safe, happy childhoods.

Sometimes, making a difference starts simply showing care, compassion, and support to those around us.

We are here to support children and families in our communities, whether through resources, services, or simply being a place to turn when help is needed. Together, we can make a difference.

World Bipolar Day is more than raising awareness, it's about recognizing the resilience of those living with bipolar disorder each day.

Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition marked by intense shifts in mood, energy, and activity levels. These changes impact daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being.

The highs can be overwhelming, and the lows can feel isolating, yet through it all, there is strength and perseverance.

Let this day be a reminder to learn, break down stigma, and be more compassionate in how we speak and act towards others. Sometimes, the greatest support we can offer is simply being there and showing understanding.

To anyone who is struggling, you are seen, you matter, and you are not alone. 💚
