Corey's T Screen Men's Health and Wellness: Testosterone screening and treatment. My name is Corey Schramm. I am a licensed and certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

I recently started collaborating with another FNP and MD in Springfield, OH offering Testosterone screening and treatment. I love Men's Health and feel passionate about helping men achieve a higher quality of life. If you struggle in the gym with physical gains/decreased muscle mass, foggy mind at work/lack of motivation, or decreased sex drive/libido; you may have a low level of testosterone. With a simple blood draw we can determine if you are a candidate for testosterone therapy.
