The easiest way I have found to cook my spaghetti squash: Poke holes all around it with a fork, then microwave in 5-minute increments. You will know it’s ready when you press on it with your thumb and it gives a bit.  You may want to put a paper towel underneath it, as some moisture will leak from the holes. 
This is a delicious Low-Carb substitute for pasta 🍝🍝🍝….and let’s face it, the reason we love ❤️ pasta is the delicious sauce on top anyways - and we can still enjoy that 🙂

Do you struggle to keep off the weight you've lost? I understand.....I gained and lost the SAME 35-40 pounds every year for 30 years 🤣🤣🤣 But I didn't understand why.
I've now kept that weight off for 3 years by eating Low Carb. But it was very difficult for me to understand because we've been told to eat Low Fat for so long. Now I get it 😲😲😲
Many "Low-Fat" foods simply replace the Fat with Carbs....and too many Carbs each day turn into fat around our middle 😢😢😢 Most Americans eat 400 grams of Carbs per day!

HerScan Breast Cancer Ultrasound Screening was at my office all day this Thursday, February 19, 2026. The sonographer, Sydnee, was Amazing 🥰 Response was incredible & they will be back soon, Ladies 🩷
It was THE BEST DAY EVER 🩷🩵💚
I got to meet SO many like-minded ladies who "think outside the box." They have dense/fibrous breasts, and are tired of getting a yearly mammogram.....only to be told they need to go back to get the breast ultrasound because of their dense/fibrous breasts. They've had those same dense/fibrous breasts for years 🙄🙄🙄. And many of them have to pay $900-$1,200 'out of pocket' for the ultrasound at the hospital because Insurance won't cover. But they were able to get theirs for $295 from HerScan at my office - easy peasy 🍋🍋🍋 in and out in 20 minutes!
I understand & respect the fact that Mammograms are the "Recommended Guideline" from ACOG. But not everyone has Insurance and $295 is an affordable option for many.
