Did you learn the Food Pyramid in School? Me, too 😊 They kind of lied to us 🥲🥲🥲.....they told us to eat lots of Carbs (grains, oatmeal, cereals, etc) that actually increase our Blood Sugar and Insulin levels. This increases our Insulin Resistance!
In the 1990's we were told that the "Low Fat Diet" was the way to lose weight.....but that's not so, either!
So what SHOULD we do? As reported in, "The Obesity Code" by Dr Jason Hung, it appears that "Low Carb" is good for lowering our Glucose and Insulin most of of the time. Check it out!
