This week we want to celebrate our fabulous leader of our Dream Team:

Hi, my name is Katrinia and I am the Executive Director of Lifeline Home Health Springfield, I have been an RN for 23 years and have been with the company for 22 years. I worked my first 18 years at the Clarksville locations, and I have been at this location for 4 years now. I have worked in almost every aspect of the agencies. I have been from a field RN Case Manager in Home Health and Hospice to a now the Director of the Springfield branch. My first year as an RN I worked on a Telemetry and Step-Down Unit at Gateway Hospital in Clarksville. I love Home Health as it has allowed me to do what I love as a nurse and to be a mom to my two amazing kids. My son Zach who is a sophomore in college and a college cheerleader and my daughter Abi who is a senior in high school, a competitive dancer, and who is going to sign on as a college athlete as well this month. Home Health has allowed me to be apart of my kids very busy schedules and lives!!

In my free time I like to go to my kid’s games that they perform at, my daughters dance competitions, and my sons cheerleading events! I love to shop, and I absolutely love to travel and see the world !

Fun Fact: I was a dancer til I was in middle school then I took up cheerleading which I did throughout High School. But when I was 9 I was in two movies on Nashville television as I attended acting school for 3 years.

Meet a member of the Dream team:

Hi my name is Kim I am the PCMA at Lifeline Home Health Care , I've been a Lpn for almost 30 years. I have worked in pretty much all fields of Healthcare and my heart has always been helping people get well. I worked seventeen years in mental health, then several in detox and rehab. The mind is an amazing thing. I did home health while my children were little as it allowed me to participate with their busy schedules and now I've been back in home health for almost 4 years. I have 2 amazing sons and 5 grandchildren who I adore!

In my free time I love to travel!! I've never met a cruise ship I didn't like, lol one of my sister's lives abroad and I plan on visiting her next summer in Albania. When I'm not traveling I'm usually with my youngest granddaughter doing all the things.

Fun fact: years ago when Tennessee beat Florida, I actually rode the goal post down Cumberland Ave and was on ESPN.
