🍦💜 What a sweet day at Pheasant Hill Village! Serenity Care PACE was excited to bring an Ice Cream Social to the residents, thanks to our friends at SHP Management.

Not only did we enjoy some tasty treats together, but we also had a great time sharing what the Serenity Care PACE program is all about. The residents were so engaged and interactive, making it a fun and meaningful afternoon for everyone.

🍴💙 Serenity Care PACE had the pleasure of bringing in a delicious lunch for the residents at Sarawood Assisted Living today! While enjoying their meal, we shared the many benefits of our program and how PACE helps seniors live well, stay independent, and feel supported.

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is designed to support seniors with comprehensive medical care, social services, and personalized assistance — all with the goal of helping participants maintain independence and quality of life.

We value every opportunity to connect with seniors and their families to share how Serenity Care PACE can be a trusted partner in their care journey. Thank you to Sarawood Assisted Living for welcoming us into your community!

It was wonderful to connect, share information, and enjoy smiles over a scoop (or two!) of ice cream. 🍨💙

We had such a fun time with the residents at The Arbors at Greenfield hosting an afternoon of trivia and snacks. 🥤🍪 Laughter, friendly competition, and lots of smiles filled the room as everyone tested their knowledge and enjoyed some delicious refreshments.

✨ Lunch & Learn at Emerson Manor ✨

This week, Serenity Care PACE had the pleasure of visiting Emerson Manor(a Carr property) in Longmeadow for a Lunch & Learn presentation with their wonderful residents. 🥗🍪

We provided a delicious lunch and were truly overwhelmed—in the best way—by the thoughtful questions and curiosity from everyone who joined us. 💬

It’s always inspiring to see how engaged and interested the community is in learning about programs and services that can help them live well, stay independent, and thrive.
