How's your January going? Now that we're settled into the new year, let's set some weekly goals!

Focusing on small habits can make a big difference. This week, try:
⭐️Drinking 60 ounces of water daily
⭐️Eating between 7 AM and 7 PM to cut down on snacking
⭐️Moving your body 3 times (walk or workout)

Browned some ground turkey
Added a diced onion and zucchini
Seasoned with salt and garlic salt
And added 1/4 cup of coconut aminos
Served over rice
