On Tuesday, November 28, 2017, the Springwater Webster Crossing Historical Society will host a program featuring Harry Reynolds. “How to Get Started in the Music World”, will not only be informative, but will leave attendees sitting on the edge of your seats.
Many of you are acquainted with Harry “the one man band” Reynolds and know he will have a memorable evening planned for all in attendance. He currently lives in Wayland with his wife Carol, but they formerly lived in Webster Crossing during their early married life. Between them they have put together a program showcasing the Springwater and Wayland music history.
Please join the Springwater - Webster Crossing Historical Society for a dish-to-pass dinner at 6:30 p.m. and for the program that begins about 7:15 p.m. at the Springwater American Legion Post #905, 7998 School Street. All programs are free and everyone is always welcome. Donations for the support of the historical society and museum are always appreciated.
Donations of unexpired canned food and boxed food items are also being accepted at the Springwater American Legion until December 20th. All donations go toward food baskets for resident families in need at Christmas. Presently there are at least four known families who are in need of assistance who have a dozen children. If you know of a veteran’s family in need, please contact the Springwater American Legion at 669-2300 and leave a message for Pat Willsea; if you know of families or singles in need, contact Terri White at 669-2104.
Consider donating items during this event and any time during the regular business hours of the Post. Donation boxes are in the foyer at the main door of the Post. Monetary donations are also welcome.
