This Thanksgiving, Cornerstone Family Health would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our patients, staff, and the community we serve. We are incredibly thankful for your continued trust in us, and we're honored to play a role in keeping you and your loved ones healthy.

Our office will be closed starting Wednesday November 26th at 1:00 and we will reopen on Monday December 1st at 8:00.

We want to remind our patients that even if our office is closed, you can still reach us. Please call the office and leave a message and we will call you back. If you are experiencing a true emergency please call 911.
