Exceptional Community Hospital - Lubbock is asking patients to disregard debt collection letters recently sent in error. Due to a processing error by a third-party billing vendor, some patients did not receive their billing statements as expected. As a result, past-due balances were mistakenly sent to a debt collection agency. If you received a debt collection notice related to this issue, please disregard it. Additionally, this error will not impact patient credit scores. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused and are actively working to correct the situation.
