Snakes don’t negotiate with the old skin.
They release it and move forward lighter.

As we prepare to step into the bold, forward-moving Fire Horse energy, this is the moment to cleanse, reset, and clear the weight that would only slow your spirit down.

I sat with my crystal bowls, cleansing my stones in sound and sacred smoke, letting the vibration move through everything… including me. Because this work isn’t only about the crystals. It’s about the heart, the mind, the nervous system, and the stories we are finally ready to release.

If something feels heavy right now, it may simply be ready to fall away.

Hello beautiful souls 🤍

I hope you had a beautiful holiday season and that January has offered you a gentle, peaceful reset. Things have been quiet here, but very intentional.

I truly love real estate. It’s work I’m passionate about, it blesses me with my livelihood, and it keeps life moving forward. Sound and healing, though, are where I find my true respite. This is where I slow down, reconnect, and restore.

Just recently, I hosted a January sound bath that felt especially meaningful, and for the first time ever, I let Quincy stay for the entire session and he soaked up every healing vibe right along with us. Our guests absolutely loved having him there, and I truly believe he brought an extra layer of calm, comfort, and magic to the space 🐾✨

As we move forward, public sound bath sessions will be returning, and there’s something fun and special coming in February as we celebrate one year of Calming Echoes. More to come soon.

After an emotional, challenging week, we ended with the most beautiful sound bath. Even though I’m the one facilitating, it’s just as healing for me as it is for my guests. Last night felt extra magical with the planets aligning, giving us the perfect celestial backdrop. I’m so grateful for nights like this and the beautiful souls I get to share them with. Big thanks to Jill for capturing these moments so I can share them. Love these girls. ❤️✨🌙

I’ve just released three dates for our Sanctuary Group Sound Bath this month:

Plus, I have a few openings for private sound baths if you’d like to book a session just for you or share a relaxing experience with a friend.

This experience is designed to support deep relaxation, inner stillness, and emotional reset — a moment to simply be.

✨ May will have limited availability as the real estate market is picking up — so I’m wearing both my realtor and sound healer hats proudly!
