Today was EPIC!! Awe inspiring in SO MANY different ways! Transformation abounded today! So did the best chocolate chip pancakes ever! Plus, baby turtles, ziplining, an amazing view of the Milky Way and BIOLUMINESCENCE in the water tonight. Spots are booking fast for retreats next year! Another Goddess Awakening Retreat has come and gone. These women showed up ready to do the hard work it takes and now they are ready to spread their wings to glide smoothly through life on the winds of love, sharing their joy and authentic self expression with the world.

Thank all of you beautiful goddesses for trusting us to be a part of your journey and for gracing this beach with your tears of sorrow and joy.

Back Care Retreat and Training

Awake to organic fresh juices and locally sourced coffee then head to the ocean front yoga platform for yoga with panoramic views of the Pacific. In the afternoons take part in our amazing investigations into the spine and it’s supporting tissues and in the evenings relax or enjoy our Thai Massage, Fascial Release, or Chiropractic workshops. All levels of Orthopedic Yoga Therapy classes, specifically designed to create ease in the spine are included as well as all workshops and trainings and 3 meals plus morning coffee and fresh juices per day. You will come away from this amazing week, feeling renewed, refreshed and empowered with the knowledge to continuing your healing journey!

This week counts for 25 Hours towards Orthopedic Yoga Therapy Certification for Yoga Teachers enrolled in the program if all workshops, classes and pieces of training are attended.
