The KU Campanile is now complete. From the 1st terrace at The Oread, I had a lovely view. Over the past five years, I've visited Lawrence numerous times. Sunflowers (the official state flower) were a common sight in every hotel room I stayed in. I'm looking forward to exploring more of Kansas.

This design is loosely based on an art deco door found in Chicago and was incorporated into a lamp shade, though it can be used on other items with adjustable colors.

Presently, I am working on an oil painting inspired by my stay at the Oread. I also recently adopted another cat. It has been one week and the hissing has stopped. You'll be seeing a new cat portrait soon.🐈‍⬛

I've been preoccupied with a new painting and new candles (citronella- if you need that for your outdoor space). The background incorporates a darkened image of the azalea at my house. It only showcases its splendor for one week a year, but it's glorious!
