Have you been trying to gain a healthy weight, but you’re having a hard time doing so, try this !
- Use Butter/Oils while cooking
- Liquid Calories (Smoothies, Shakes, etc.)
- Mixed Nuts - add a few extra calories on top of your breakfast, lunch and dinner by adding cashews, almonds, etc.
- Eat Frequently - in order to gain some extra pounds you are required to intake additional calories. Try to eat three large meals or five smaller portions daily , throw a snack in for extra calories.
- Track your calories - on average you intake about 2,000 calories daily In order to gain you would have to intake an additional 1,000-2,000 calories daily !
