Welcome to Fit Food and Flow

My 25 year fitness/wellness journey has lead me to create this page. I have learned that we need 3 things to bring the body back into balance. Physical change such as exercise, yoga, or acupuncture. Chemical change like nutrition, supplements, and proper hydration and quality of water. Lastly Emotional change with things like meditation, EFT, or MDR. If you can get 2 of the 3 of these components in balance the 3rd one will come around.
