I have to admit that I'm not great with keeping up with this social media thing going on!!

I did want to let everyone know that I am excited to announce that I am ACCEPTING Cigna insurance! I think insurance can help more people access mental health services.

I also still have ONE sliding scale openings for someone underinsured or with no mental health benefits.

I disappeared because, to be honest, it's really hard for me to complete multiple projects at once. For the past month, I have been working hard to update my website.

I am excited to work with a content coach locally to assist in this website venture next month also! I hope to bring everyone the best website possible.
