It has been such a joy this past year, building my practice and serving my community. I have learned so many things about business, friendship, and health. People came out of the woodwork to help me make my little dream a reality, and I will be forever grateful. I also have discovered a whole new family of health professionals and friends at my office - I’m grateful for that as well.
It is bittersweet to announce that New Frontier Nutrition will not be returning after the stay-at-home orders have been lifted. I will be taking this time to rest, reflect, and gear up for my next adventure! Thank you to all have supported me - it was a great little run!

Let's talk about carbs. We have a complicated relationship with carbs, don't we?
Did you know that carbs are our first and best form of energy in the body? Without energy from carbohydrates, our body must next break down muscle for protein.
Carbohydrates also provide us with essential vitamins, and fiber. Fiber aids in digestion and decreases the risk of digestive tract diseases.
Carbohydrates should make up about half of your daily intake. If you are tired of dieting and restriction, go ahead and enjoy some carbs today! It's time to let go of dieting.
