Like I knew I was meant for more, but I had no idea how beautiful the journey would be.🛫

In a world so used to being superficial, I'm grateful to have the privilege to go deeper. That's how we grow stronger!💪🏾

"I like to move it, move it!"

Actually, it's gotten harder to be consistent with the cold. But stretching is always an option.

Try this:
1. Move your neck down, up, left, and right holding for 10-15 seconds each
2. Move your shoulders up to your ears and back down 5-10 times
3. Bend down (only as far as your comfortable) to stretch your lower back

2 minutes is all it takes to give your body some of the love it needs and deserves.

In order to move from where you are in your life to somewhere different, one of the most important components to get aligned with is your mind!

There are so many experiences, people, things, and emotions to explore, why allow one heavy or hard one to keep you stuck??

My biggest mindset shift was that its ok if my good is different than someone else's good. I'm on my own journey and I'm so excited about it!

I need I need I need to take a break! I love yall, but I love me more and on more than one occasion I've been told to take a step back. I promised ME I would invite ease and this one woman show of restructuring, background s**t, marketing, networking....it's not easy! So, I'm taking a step back to live, love, listen, and learn.
