"I like to move it, move it!"
Actually, it's gotten harder to be consistent with the cold. But stretching is always an option.
Try this:
1. Move your neck down, up, left, and right holding for 10-15 seconds each
2. Move your shoulders up to your ears and back down 5-10 times
3. Bend down (only as far as your comfortable) to stretch your lower back
2 minutes is all it takes to give your body some of the love it needs and deserves.
