Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. It’s a reminder that open conversation and having a supportive community can save lives.

You don’t have to walk out the hard stuff alone. Talking about whats going on internally is a strength, even when your brain tells you it will make you weak. Relationships are deeper, more authentic and effective when we’re truly known. Sharing tells others they are trusted and valued in your life, not the lie that you’re a burden. People want to show up for you, extend the allowance.

What if ?
We often let fear prevent us from doing so many wonderful things in our lives.

What if I fail? What if I’m not capable? What if they judge me?

Here’s the thing, you’re going to experience failure. You’re going to screw up. You’re going to be judged. You won’t be competent in anything you do AT FIRST. Yes it’s scary. All these things are true AND you will learn. You will make adjustments, fixes, change courses… but only once you give yourself permission and you allow yourself the action

You might put holes in the wall AND the same wall that has the holes is the same beautiful corner that you see my dog hanging out in front of

Give yourself permission and find your first step, put the hole in the wall!

1. Spicey folks don’t forget extensions are allowed just submit it by today

2. However!!! If you file your taxes late and did not file for an extension the additional fees for being tardy is about 5% of the taxes owed for each month the filing is late, up to a maximum of 25%. 🤔 not desired but for most its NOT the nightmare you’re creating in you’re head

Breathe. Phone for friends, family, CPA, whatever support needs to look like.

Your mental health and financial health are often linked, so be kind, care for yourself and explore your resources.

Anger is so much more than upset. For many of us we’ve used anger as a means to mask the emotions we find to be too vulnerable to express.

St. Louis and surrounding area… please monitor for flooded roads before heading out in the morning. As multiple areas will be affected the Meramec River is expected to crest at 28ft on Saturday while significant rises will be seen throughout tomorrow. Pacific. Eureka. Valley Park. Fenton. All will have impacted areas.
