I had to clean up dog poop… twice.

Not exactly the kind of moment you expect to learn something from—but it ended up showing me something about patterns, presence, and the way we leave ourselves without even realizing it.

In this video, I share a real-life reflection on:
• why patterns repeat in our lives
• how we get pulled into our heads
• what happens when we try to solve things that aren’t ours
• and how life brings us back into the present moment

This isn’t about fixing anything.

It’s about noticing.

And maybe meeting something differently the next time it shows up.

If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in a loop—thinking about someone else’s choices, trying to make sense of something that isn’t yours to solve—this might resonate.

Take a breath. Come back to your body. Start there.

Something to be curious about.

If you keep starting and stopping with food, routines, or habits, it’s not because you lack discipline. It’s because different parts of you want different things.

This tapping practice helps you reduce internal conflict and approach yourself with more understanding instead of pressure.

If this resonates, I have a free tapping video that gently walks you through the tapping points and how they support your body—link below.

I noticed something recently about exhaustion… and it wasn’t about sleep.

It came from a moment where I thought I would finally have space to relax—and then that space disappeared.

In this video, I share a real-life reflection on:
• why exhaustion isn’t always about needing more sleep
• what it feels like to never fully be “off”
• how constantly managing things impacts the body
• and what we might actually need instead

This isn’t about pushing through or fixing anything.

It’s about noticing what your body might be trying to tell you.

If you’ve ever felt tired in a way that rest doesn’t seem to fix… this might resonate.

Take a breath. See where you can soften. Start there.

Something to be curious about.

If you find yourself eating when you’re bored—not hungry, just reaching—there’s nothing wrong with you. This may be your nervous system looking for stimulation or relief. In this short EFT tapping practice, we gently interrupt the pattern and create space for something different.

This isn’t about willpower. It’s about understanding what your body is asking for.

If this resonates, I have a free tapping video that walks you through the points and how they support your body.

If you’ve been feeling resentful lately, but also confused by it, you’re not alone.

Resentment is often misunderstood. Very often it’s not simply anger — it’s a signal from the nervous system that giving has exceeded nourishment for too long.

In this video, Rachel Davis of Wisdom of Tapping & Breath explains what resentment can mean in the body and guides you through a short nervous system reset using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping).

When we regulate the nervous system first, we can better understand what our body is asking for — rest, support, boundaries, or simply a moment of care.

In uncertain times, regulation helps us stay grounded, clear, and compassionate.

✨ Your calm is not complacency. Your calm is leadership.
