This new cohort of Reiki practitioners is truly special. We have a scientist & engineer, a yoga teacher, and a facilitator of horse-led somatic healing.

There’s something so powerful about watching each woman follow her own unique path and inner calling. These three have completed their Reiki Level I & II training, and it’s been such a beautiful journey to witness.

They’re now able to work with Reiki for themselves and offer healing to others—beyond physical space through distance sessions, and even with animals. From here, they can continue into mastery if and when they feel that deeper call.

Every time. 🥹 To witness these women. To see the changes that happen through the weekend. The healing. The remembrance. The awareness. The embodiment.

Sometimes I truly have no words to explain the power and transformation that takes place. Holy Fire Reiki is on another level. A level of love, empowerment, guidance, healing, and purification.

And to see the depth of healing that takes place during these immersions is beyond. I am so grateful.

People of all background come to learn, and to learn for various reasons. And most of the time the learning is for themselves.

It doesn’t matter how many modalities you’ve studied. How “spiritual” you are. How many “activations” or ayahuasca ceremonies you’ve participated in. Where you live.

What matters is how you live your life day to day.

Moment to moment. In the quiet. In the chaos.

And in the in-between.

It is a constant and daily practice of coming back to yourself. Grounding. Breathing. Not just once, but again and again and again.

We will always be on a journey of evolving. Remembering. Becoming a better version of ourselves. And that is not a destination…it’s a devotion.

I have a daily meditation practice that is non-negotiable. It grounds me. It centers me. It reminds me of my greater purpose. Brings me back into my heart. Back into my body. Back into what is real.

Life is always going to be life-ing. Sometimes relentlessly, unapologetically, on its own terms.

And the practice isn’t about escaping that. It’s about meeting it, fully, as yourself.
