Smoothie day will be postponed until next week. This is a tender time for my family and myself and instead of throwing myself into work I’ve decided to rest & recharge.

We’ve been taking a lot of losses lately and sometimes it’s a struggle to get out of the bed if I’m being honest.

I hope to see some familiar faces next week!
