I realized I haven’t posted in a while. Just L-I-V-I-N.

To say things haven’t been wild, unexpected, and tumultuous would be a lie. It’s been a rocky and a very rough time lately. BUT the lessons, awareness, and opportunities are abundant in all of the mess✨

Truly putting my own medicine to the “test”.

Can I breathe into this?

Can I remain in my body?

Am I living in my joy or fear with a fake smile?

Am I willing to drop a little deeper and discover more?

Dare I say everything is perfect right now.. as it always is, even in the midst of chaos? ❤️

Opportunity lies everywhere, you just have to be willing to see it 🧘‍♀️💨

Hey guys! I will not be holding the group on the 28th of this month, I’m sooo busy and distracted with big things brewing.

The next group in festus at the common ground will be August 11th. 6-8pm. This will be a regular Breathwork group,

August 25th will be the next date on the calendar, and will have a special guest to provide another layer of healing vibes 🥰

I’ll post updates soon and I’m so sorry about a lack of communication, if you feel there has been any!

Today I was speaking with a client/friend and I said “life is too short to suffer when working… I only choose to work with who I enjoy sharing space with”.

And her response was “I see that in you. I wouldn’t expect anything limiting come out of your mouth”.

That warmed my soul so much.

I spent today in such gratitude… only had 2 sessions but the energy was just so present of how I’ve wanted this for so long and it’s finally here.

I spend my days traveling to clients homes for massage, and to parks for Breathwork (and on very hot/rainy days I’m so thankful to have a space I can use indoors!).

It’s been a dream come true to be here. There’s more ground to make on this dream BUT it feels so grand to see it coming to fruition.

Yes, hard work pays off, but so does the inner work to be able to remain steadfast on the days when I want to throw it all in the trash.

I’ve learned that when I break down and cry, when I want to give up, to embrace that shedding. It’s temporary. And I recognize in that moment of defeat, that the following day I will have a beautiful blessing come in that sets me back on my path, the validation.

Gratitude.

Welcome to my Monday morning ramble 😇

I feel like there’s this movement happening of people coming back to prioritizing what really matters. And not necessarily chasing what happiness is, but what is real. As the world becomes more apparent it is all a stimulation, as we are pulling into technology even more - we are finding ourselves wanting to move closer to what feels real. Family, nourishing food, play, freedom to live as a wild human, simple things in life such as baking our own bread and eating what comes from the land.

This life is so complicated and in ways technology is definitely making it easier - but it’s not making anything more real.

I breathe to slow down the constant whirl, to feel myself, to become more present in every moment with what matters - my family, so that time doesn’t feel like it’s just going down the drain.

I breathe to feel the most out of life, even if it’s not all rainbows and butterflies - it remains real. My humanness.

As the world spins faster, I refuse to be pulled along. Rebellious by nature? 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

“Tell my mom I’m ok”

I massaged this woman without a thought in my mind until my hands touched her neck.

I held the back of her neck for a second, finding a moment of traction to give her release.

“Tell my mom I’m ok”

This voice rang in my head. I felt fear yet curious.

Why? Who are you? Is this me creating something or a real message?

I had so many questions as I massaged this woman’s neck, losing my grips on reality and stepping into my etheric self fully.

I saw him. I felt him. Ok you’re real.

I will pass the message for this woman and, God, I hope this resonates otherwise this is weird.

“Hey um… I don’t know how to say this but.. this man wants you to know he’s ok.” As I’m still holding her neck.

Tears burst immediately from her, depths were touched in a way she’d been waiting for. I could feel it.

In that same moment I felt like I overstepped, she was only in for a massage, yet… This message was so strong I couldn’t help but pass it. This man came to me in this moment to provide a woman on my table deeper healing.

I later found out after a long hug at the end of the massage, that her son hung himself a year prior and all she wanted to know was that he made it to the other side ok. But never received that validation… until that day as I relieved the tension in her neck.

God works in unique ways and I’ve learned along this path, that once the boundary is set that messages may ONLY come through God, then me… that it’s always the most perfect scenario for sharing these words.

Boundaries are necessary in the spiritual realms, just as they are physically.

Although I personally felt a boundary was being crossed in this moment - I knew God wouldn’t have approved and let it come into my consciousness if it wasn’t for this woman’s highest healing

It’s about recognizing that your unique connection to the divine, your personal channel to the universe, is immensely powerful. It’s about realizing that this innate power within you might be more potent than any external energy we invite in.

This is a call to awaken to our inner power, to explore the delicate balance between internal and external healing practices.

Have you ever felt like your passion lost its spark? I did. My journey with Breathwork started to feel shallow, driven solely by the pursuit of money. But I knew there had to be more.

🌌 So, I embarked on a quest to rediscover the depth and purpose in what I do. I’ve tried countless paths to reignite my passion, yet something was missing.
Then it hit me hard - transformation begins with transparency.
