I realized I haven’t posted in a while. Just L-I-V-I-N.

To say things haven’t been wild, unexpected, and tumultuous would be a lie. It’s been a rocky and a very rough time lately. BUT the lessons, awareness, and opportunities are abundant in all of the mess✨

Truly putting my own medicine to the “test”.

Can I breathe into this?

Can I remain in my body?

Am I living in my joy or fear with a fake smile?

Am I willing to drop a little deeper and discover more?

Dare I say everything is perfect right now.. as it always is, even in the midst of chaos? ❤️

Opportunity lies everywhere, you just have to be willing to see it 🧘‍♀️💨

Hey guys! I will not be holding the group on the 28th of this month, I’m sooo busy and distracted with big things brewing.

The next group in festus at the common ground will be August 11th. 6-8pm. This will be a regular Breathwork group,

August 25th will be the next date on the calendar, and will have a special guest to provide another layer of healing vibes 🥰

I’ll post updates soon and I’m so sorry about a lack of communication, if you feel there has been any!

Today I was speaking with a client/friend and I said “life is too short to suffer when working… I only choose to work with who I enjoy sharing space with”.

And her response was “I see that in you. I wouldn’t expect anything limiting come out of your mouth”.

That warmed my soul so much.

I spent today in such gratitude… only had 2 sessions but the energy was just so present of how I’ve wanted this for so long and it’s finally here.

I spend my days traveling to clients homes for massage, and to parks for Breathwork (and on very hot/rainy days I’m so thankful to have a space I can use indoors!).

It’s been a dream come true to be here. There’s more ground to make on this dream BUT it feels so grand to see it coming to fruition.

Yes, hard work pays off, but so does the inner work to be able to remain steadfast on the days when I want to throw it all in the trash.

I’ve learned that when I break down and cry, when I want to give up, to embrace that shedding. It’s temporary. And I recognize in that moment of defeat, that the following day I will have a beautiful blessing come in that sets me back on my path, the validation.
