This special evening is all about creating space for moms to relax, connect, and prioritize self-care with other mothers who understand the journey.

If you know a pregnant, new, or postpartum mom who could use a night to breathe, laugh, and be poured into, make sure you share this with them and encourage them to sign up.

The MOMS Group 101 is an introduction to peer-led maternal mental health support. All MOMS Groups provide a radical space of safety and support with childcare, transportation assistance, healthy food and diapers.

All pregnant and recently postpartum (kiddos up to 5yrs old) moms and their kiddos are welcome. Please use the link to sign-up.
