* BREATH PRAYER

* Inhale: “Lord, you are my peace.”
* Exhale: “I rest in your presence.”

* Stillness Fosters Clarity: When we quiet our minds, we become more attuned to God’s voice and guidance (Psalm 46:10).

Beathe.✝️

He is as close to you as your breath🙏🏼

God breathed and there was life. Our breath is our life. It is a gift. The gospel of John states the promise Jesus offered the disciples. "Receive the Holy Spirit" Jesus breathes and gives them the Spirit. It is the breath of life. John 14:26 🌿

So, it is now what we choose to do with the breath.

We can use it to speak healing and wholeness. We can use it to sing praises to God. One simple inhale and exhale can be transformational. It is the key toward spiritual formation. You can choose to inhale peace and exhale fear. You can inhale the holy and exhale the world. 💞

Today, take the time to breathe. Take time to wonder. Take time to listen. 🙏🏼

Thus says God, the Lord, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and what comes from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk in it: Isaiah 42:5✌🏼

He is Risen✝️🌿🙏🏼

B Inspired Yoga and Wellness will bring gentle, Christ-centered yoga to you. To make this event even more special, we'll also provide hors d'oeuvres and wine.🍷 🫒🧘‍♀️

Tickets are not required for this event, but we suggest that attendees make a $50 donation to Help One Now. This covers the cost of one month of education for a student in the developing world.
