Here’s a detailed step-by-step checklist ✅

1. Declutter Like a Photographer Is Watching
• Remove personal items: Family photos, fridge magnets, toothbrushes, pet bowls, laundry baskets.
• Clear counters: In kitchens and bathrooms, leave only 1–2 decorative or functional items.
• Simplify shelves: Remove about half the items, and keep to a consistent color palette.

• Floors: Vacuum, mop, or steam clean.

This week's Mansion post is a mansion in Clayton listed for almost $10 million!!! Wow this just shows you that it's all about location, location, location!! In Clayton for $10 million, this only has 4 bedrooms, only a 4 car garage and NO POOL!!! On my last week's mansion post in Wentzville for $6 million you got an 8 car garage with an apartment above it, a heated inground pool, a horse barn with outdoor riding arena, basketball court, sitting on 10 acres! This Clayton mansion's taxes were almost $30k last year!!!

Tip of the Week!! Cooling your home efficiently during a heat wave!! 🥵☀️

✅ The best way to ensure your HVAC system doesn’t run into a problem is to give it a helping hand. For starters, make sure you’re changing the air filters regularly and getting the HVAC routinely maintenance.

✅ If finances allow, upgrading to a smart thermostat can also help regulate the temperature in your home and ensure you’re not increasing your electricity bill unnecessarily.

✅ Sunlight shining through the windows is a major source of heat in the home. Blackout curtains can keep your bedroom cool, if pulled shut throughout the day.

✅ Cooking with appliances that generate less heat, like air fryers and microwaves, will keep the temperature from rising in the kitchen.

✅ Use a ceiling fan at the SAME time as your air conditioner. A ceiling fan will help circulate the cool air quicker than the AC alone.
