Let’s say you wanna have a baby right? And your blood type is Rh negative and your partners blood type is Rh positive.

If mom is pregnant with a baby who has an incompatible blood type, moms body will fight the foreign substance as best as it can to get rid of it. The results of that is having difficulties in your pregnancy causing miscarriages, still births or even a very sickly newborn who needs so much treatment after birth.

Knowing your blood type and your partners blood type is very important when having a baby so that you may let your Dr know early on and get the treatment you need.

Also……… women with blood type O may struggle to conceive 🤷🏾‍♀️ Women with blood type A are known to be more fertile 🤭

Take it and apply it however yal need to, I hope this helps with yal fertility journey 🥰🥰🥰

Thank to .advice for some great tips for your first trimester.

•Remember to increase minerals during this time (calcium, iron, zinc, potassium, cell salts, etc)

•Rest when you can

•HYDRATE 💦drink some herbal teas, coconut water and water.
⚠️Research the herb before consuming it

Happy 1 year anniversary to us!!🧁🎉🍾

Through the first year I was able to attend 8 births 😱, assist 13 postpartum moms 🤩, help 2 women conceive🤰🏽, do a few belly facials and belly casts, provide many moms/dads and families with much information along with emotional, mental and physical support during their prenatal journey.

Let’s toast to year 1 🥂and to many more successful years in the doula world! 🥰🥳👏🏾
