Active recovery keeps your body strong, mobile, and ready for what’s next.

Pilates.
Intentional movement.

512 calories.
A whole lot of sweat, joy, and movement that reminded me why I started.

Movement doesn’t have to be rigid to be effective.
It can be fun.
It can be freeing.
It can feel like celebration.

Showing up > perfection.
