Do you think people are constantly mad at you? Are you trying to fix issues that you perceive are there? Does a friend or partners quietness send your rate racing, eye widen and your hyper-vigilance to sky rocket?

You might have grown up with caregivers who were heavily critical, used shame and blame, and made you responsible for their emotional wellbeing.

They likely were highly impulsive, inconsistent, reactive, and probably used the silent treatment on you so YOU had figure out what YOU did.

You had a front seat to an emotionally immature ADULT’s internal emotional experience and it is traumatizing for a child.

This is a big part of healing attachment wounds. Moving through these attachment wounds, separating and peeling away from these stuck points, these people-pleasing scared child parts of you.

Imagine feeling secure and safe enough for your body to FEEL and TRUST that when conflict arises, you can move through, repair what needs repair, and release what is not your responsibility.

You deserve this healing! You deserve the rest that comes from this deep transformational healing.
