Shape Up Sports Academy: Opening in Waukee Soon!!

Our new facility will offer:
⚡ Strength & Performance Training (1:1 + classes)
🥎 Softball lessons
⚾ Baseball lessons
🏈 Football training
⚽ Soccer training

And Full Turf/Field rentals!

We will also use our Mental Performance Lab (Classroom!) to offer:
🧠 Mental Performance training for athletes and coaches and team building opportunities for your business!!

We also welcome….
Birthday Parties, youth group events, day camps etc.

And soon, we will be offering summer clinics!

We believe in training the whole athlete/individual — not just physically, but mentally and personally. Our purpose is to help athletes grow in their sport and grow into confident, resilient people.

As we grow, we are looking for coaches who want to share their knowledge and coach with purpose.
