We have experienced a lot of internet connectivity issues with Spectrum (since Friday, 2/21/25). We had Charter Spectrum, Wencol Computers, and our in-house IT technician visit 2/21/25 to try resolving the technology issues.

Additionally, we had an audit from pharmacy benefit manager Humana on Wednesday, 2/27/25 for almost four hours. Humana did not give our pharmacy a list of prescriptions they wanted to see prior to arrival. Thus, Humana kept pulling pharmacist/owner Jamie Wang away from providing care for our patients to find paperwork since Humana apparently does not prioritize the safety and care of our patients.
