Calling all burned-out mamas…

You’re about to come on a 90-day journey with me.
2025 sucked. Plain and simple.

But it also forced me to realize something big—I’m done staying stuck, and I’m ready for the next chapter of my life.

I’m over the constant stress.
The never-ending emails.
The “emergencies” that magically appear after hours.
Coming home overstimulated, exhausted, and short-tempered… and having nothing left for the people I love most.

I want to be present with my family again.
I want my evenings back.
I want my peace back.

So for the next 90 days, I’m going all in on a new business adventure—with an incredible team of women leading the way. This is my vehicle out of burnout, stress, and feeling trapped in a cycle that no longer fits the life I want.

I’m also committing to my mental and physical health—getting back to the basics of what it actually looks like to live a healthy lifestyle. Not a diet. Not perfection. Just consistency and intention.

I’ll be sharing it all:
The wins.
The hard days.
The breakthroughs.
And yes… the messy parts too.

It’s time for a change—and what better time than the Year of the Horse? New energy. New momentum. Year 1.
