Looking forward to seeing you LIVE this evening at 7:00 pm for a FREE Movement and Meditation Practice with Marianna.

We will begin with a few minutes of very gentle movement in tabletop (hands and knees) and standing. The guided meditation can be done in your favorite seated OR savasana pose.

Props you might need are:
*Mat AND/OR blanket under the body for gentle movement
FOR GUIDED MEDITATION:
*Pillow OR blanket for head
*Pillow OR rolled blanket for under knees
*Blanket with which to cover up
*Eye pillow OR small washcloth to cover eyes
