Want to support your nervous system and your energy flow in under 5 minutes?

Try this grounding pose with intention and breath

How to do it:

A. Sit on your mat with knees bent, shins down, and hips resting on your heels (Vajrasana / Thunderbolt Pose).

B. Straighten your spine and bring awareness to your breath.

C. Stay here for about 16 slow, intentional breaths, drawing your focus toward your brow center, the space between your eyebrows.
D. Keep the eyes relaxed. Let your awareness rise, not your tension.

In yoga, we talk about Nadis (*NAH-dees*) — channels that move
prana (life force energy) through your body.

There are thousands of nadis, but three are most important:

🌙 **Ida Nadi** (*EE-dah*) – cool, calming, intuitive (left side)
☀️ **Pingala Nadi** (*PIN-gah-lah*) – warm, active, logical (right side)
🌀 **Sushumna Nadi** (*Soo-SHOOM-nah*) – central channel along your spine

All three **intersect at the third eye (brow chakra)** — the seat of your inner wisdom and insight.

Me: I’m a strong, independent woman.
Also me: Can’t find my left shoe, a matching sock, or my last nerve because someone spilled cereal on the dog again.

Still wouldn’t trade this chaos for anything.
Being a parent = 10% sleep, 90% snacks and negotiation.

One minute you’re making dinner with one hand, wiping a tear with the other, and trying not to burn the rice.

I feel them with me, especially in the quiet moments, the belly laughs, and the way I comfort my kids the same way they comforted me.

Some days I’m the calm in their storm.
Other days, they’re the calm in mine.
Either way—we’re growing together. 💛

Being a parent has cracked me wide open in all the best and hardest ways.
There are moments when I look at my kids and think,
"I wish Mom and Dad could see this."

You ever wake up sore and think, “Did I fight a dragon in my dreams?”

Spoiler: Your muscles tense when you're stressed, even in sleep. Especially the traps, jaw, and glutes.

Try this before bed:
🌀 60 sec deep belly breathing
🌀 Gentle hip and shoulder rolls
🌀 Say, “I’m safe to rest” out loud — sounds silly, but your brain listens.

A network of independent massage therapists since 2007. Starting in Bridgeton next to DePaul Hospital and moving to Chesterfield in 2008. Growing to 4 rooms and 1 private fitness room with about 2,000 regular clients. Our LMTs have at least 7 years experience in a variety of massage modalities, including energywork with sound and meditation. Steady expanding we now can offer Personal Training and Private Yoga sessions.
