Try this grounding pose with intention and breath
How to do it:
A. Sit on your mat with knees bent, shins down, and hips resting on your heels (Vajrasana / Thunderbolt Pose).
B. Straighten your spine and bring awareness to your breath.
C. Stay here for about 16 slow, intentional breaths, drawing your focus toward your brow center, the space between your eyebrows.
D. Keep the eyes relaxed. Let your awareness rise, not your tension.

In yoga, we talk about Nadis (*NAH-dees*) — channels that move
prana (life force energy) through your body.
There are thousands of nadis, but three are most important:
🌙 **Ida Nadi** (*EE-dah*) – cool, calming, intuitive (left side)
☀️ **Pingala Nadi** (*PIN-gah-lah*) – warm, active, logical (right side)
🌀 **Sushumna Nadi** (*Soo-SHOOM-nah*) – central channel along your spine
All three **intersect at the third eye (brow chakra)** — the seat of your inner wisdom and insight.
