Hey, i wanted to let you know that we have restocked our supply at and I also wanted to show some photos of where it's located exactly because we've gotten a couple of questions about that. Our cheesecakes are on the shelves facing the sushi station. When you walk in, make a left and walk towards the deli. Once you see the long product shelfing before the deli, make another left and you should see the sushi station on the left. Our cheesecakes should be on the second shelf. Hey, we got news on news today. First, we've restocked the cheesecakes at so you can go ahead and get you some more of that little piece of delicious big-backatry.
Second, we will have our cheesecakes as samples at Fresh Thyme's cookout that they're having this Saturday at the Foundry location so if you are looking to see what all of the hype is about, feel free to drop in and enjoy!
Lastly, our cheesecakes are now available at in Ferguson! They will have banana pudding cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, peach cobbler and red velvet cheesecake flavors available so stop by there, get you an order of red snapper bites to go with your cheesecake and allow your taste buds to take you on a joy ride into Flavortown!

We are back from vacation and the drop has landed at . Go ahead and make your way down there and get your fix.
We also will be adding a new flavor to the roster and I'll need your assistance with which chocolate flavor that you would like to have added and the crust type: Chocolate Ganache or Chocolate Lovers; Golden Oreo Crust or regular Oreo Crust? I'm leaving it to you all to choose the new addition to the Fresh Thyme roster of cheesecakes.
Lastly, we made a fresh Banana Pudding Cheesecake delivery to today so head down there also and get yourself a Gooey Garlic to go with some cheesecake.

July 7th we brought our 1st 16 cheesecakes to start selling at . As of today, we've sold over 100 cheesecakes and counting . Man, thank you all for showing out for this kid from North City. I don't want to be all sentimental... So I won't be. Thanks again and quick announcement: soon, our cheesecakes will also be available in the freezer section so more Puddin Puddin to go around. I'll let you all know when it's official official. In the meantime, thank you.
Is this the time where I start naming my supporters something? Like you are bestowed an official name? Or does that come like after the Midwest expansion? I'm not sure how it works but we're going to keep progressing!
