5 years ago, I made a goal that I would have my products in a grocery store.
5 months ago, we got our first restaurant client in .
Today, we have sold 500 cheesecakes at the location. An average of 100 cheesecakes a month.
I just want to thank everyone who has supported us throughout this journey and who bought one, or several, of our products. Your support is greatly appreciated. I'm humbled that you've chosen us as your cheesecake and banana pudding pusher for this long 😂.

Go ahead and head down there to renew your taste buds with some delicious cheesecakes to get you to Christmas, or to celebrate Hanukkah, or to prep for Boxing Day, or if you want to begin the Festivus festivities, or to kick Kwanzaa off right, or to celebrate ChristmaHanuKwanzaakuh. It's an all-holiday dessert.
Speaking of the holidays, the last day for Christmas ordering will be December 22nd and the last day for New Year's Eve ordering is December 29th. Be sure to place your order so you can end the year off right!

Also, the last day for Thanksgiving holiday orders is Monday evening at 5pm. Any orders placed after that will be delivered after Thanksgiving. Don't miss out on supplying your family with the good stuff. Don't be the family member to bring shame to the dinner table because you wanted to shortchange them on a dessert experience. What's up everyone? Just wanted to let you know that we've restocked our cheesecakes at so definitely make your way down there and pick up some of our cheesecakes.
Also, holiday ordering is still available. We have opened up Monday and Tuesday as delivery days so definitely place your order as soon as you can. Don't worry about if it's going to be good for the dinner table. Our desserts refrigerate and freeze extremely well so it will be good and fresh once that special day arrives.

A huge thank you to for having us provide desserts and for having me speak on a panel with other Cortex alum/entrepreneurs that are doing major things in technology and the bioengineering space. It was an amazing experience and I'm glad that I was one of the people selected for the campaign. Having my own banner displayed is dope, not gonna front.

This delivery to did come with its own share of controversy. As I was waiting for a car to come out of their spot so I could park, the driver, an old lady, looked me in the eyes and flipped me off. It was in that moment, I understood that these desserts aren't without its costs. Our cheesecakes may have put her out of the family rotation for Thanksgiving desserts.
Those old, decrepit, gnarled hands used to flip me off were probably once used to make her house famous Raisin-walnut casserole with icing made of flour and fixodent. Her grandchildren probably took a bite of our banana pudding cheesecake and said "grandma, you don't make anything like this" or '"granny, why don't you make desserts this good?" and the dagger "granny, why are you sitting with us at the kiddie table?"
This was her moment to release her angst, her hurt onto the person that caused her such discomfort at the dinner table...... Tough.
So definitely stop by Fresh Thyme and get you some cheesecakes to go with your football or to simply taunt your grandmothers. We say for a reason 😂😂😂😁
