Hurry up and get in shape before the holidays roll around.

Wanna know how you do that? By being consistent in your healthy habits. I have a solution you can do RIGHT NOW...Join my 19 day kettlebell workout challenge. This is a beginners course of daily workouts that are only 15 minutes each.

Trying to do ALL the things ALL at once doesn't work for most people, so I'm going to keep you accountable to a routine that you can easily fit into your day.

We meet 3 times a week live virtually and you'll get a 15 minutes workout every day you can do with just one kettlebell (or dumbell if you don't have a kb).

Since this page is still open:), I thought I'd post this challenge here.

How about we kick off Summer 2021 with a bang? 19 days straight of swings.

The goal is 2000 swings in 19 days.

I'll be there with you everyday. Teaching, showing, reviewing, coaching, and cueing you to make sure you're doing it right.

The rest of the group will be encouraging you and also participating in weekly Community Challenges.

All sessions are emailed to you as well so you never have to miss a workout.

Ladies!

💪🏼 Been lifting heavy for over 15 years now.
Ladies, don’t be afraid of getting too bulky. It is absolutely an option by the way you train and eat—but not an absolute.
♦️As we all know, what one person sees as too bulky, another person might see as too skinny. But putting that aside, YOU still get to choose the look you want. And it’s totally OK if that’s not the same look another person would choose.
🙏🏽 Just know- whether you are going for bulk, muscle, strength, fat loss, looking like you lift, preventing osteoporosis or overall better health markers (or all of the above!), strength training can and WILL do wonders.
💡 Just don’t think that strength training can only give you one kind of look or benefit. You get to choose.
🔥 And all options are awesome if it makes you feel your best.
